We just closed on our house in Priest Lake with the help of Kara and Shawn. To say they were amazing would be an understatement. We've been kinda looking for a couple of years, and on our last trip, on the advice of Kara, we decided it was time to find a place before we were priced out of the market.

We found a place and made a full price offer, the owner was a flake and decided not to sell. Kara was undeterred. We found another place and Kara guided up through a successful purchase.
